HAULAGE.
A general rule of thumb, we ask for one week. Many times we can get the horse to you within 3-5 business days depending on where you live, but we’ve found that it’s much better not to raise expectations and have someone disappointed. We have Trailers and well experienced driver for shipping horses to our clients. Prior to shipping we have a normal process to get your horse ready to ship. We have to obtain a health certificate from our vet, which can take a few days, before the horse can leave. During this time we prepare your horse for shipping with Probios and electrolytes, it’s also moved to a private paddock or stall, and will be groomed before leaving.
HOW TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
A lot of our customers always want to come to our facilities and try on various horses, we hereby make it compulsory to get an appointment scheduled with us before coming down so as to control the population of the people we have in the ranch to ensure we give the best services, effective horse trials , riding lessons and also offer professional training to interested customers effective 1st January, 2024. We no longer schedule appointments without a $500 refundable deposit on the horse you are interested in. Of course it can always be transferred to a different horse if you come and fall in love with someone else or refundable in an unlikely event you decide not to purchase the horse.
